Den här boken precis som den första är uppbyggd utav riktigt bra miljö-och personbeskrivningar, vilket ger berättelsen ett bra flyt. Den här boken var lite blandad när det kom till hur mycket action som var i den, vilket gjorde att jag stundtals upplevde att boken var lite långdragen då det emellanåt inte hände så mycket. Samt att jag tyckte att huvudkaraktären Mare var riktigt irriterande i den här boken och att hon stundtals hade lite konstiga prioriteringar som inte alltid made sense. Men överlag gillade jag ändå boken och det kändes som en bra fortsättning på serien.
