Den här boken är uppbyggd utav riktigt bra och utförliga miljö-och personbeskrivningar som ger läsningen ett härligt flyt. Den enda karaktären jag faktiskt gillade var Devereux Bell, men han ensam klarade inte av att väga upp det jag inte riktigt gillade med boken. De övriga två huvudkaraktärerna fann jag inte speciellt intressanta, vilket gjorde att jag fann deras kapitel ganska tråkiga. Jag gillade tanken av bokens koncept, men tyvärr så levererade inte boken hela vägen. Det var inte tillräckligt med action i boken, vilket gjorde att jag stundtals tyckte att boken blev seg och långtråkig.
