Brandon Sanderson är en mästare på att skriva person-och miljöbeskrivningar, något som man återigen blir varse i den här boken. Jag älskar verkligen karaktärerna i den här boken och det faktum att de är så himla olika varandra och att de har så olika erfarenheter och bakgrunder. I det här som är den andra delen av första boken i serien, märker man att shit is about to happen! Den här boken håller fortfarande på att bygga upp världen och försöker få läsaren att förstå sig på magisystemet, samtidigt som boken är väldigt spännande och händelserik. Det är med andra ord det bästa av två världar!
