Mina åsikter
Precis som vanligt så kan man inte annat än älska Sepetys sätt att skriva! Det märks dessutom att hon har lagt ned väldigt mycket tid på att efterforska hur det var i Madrid 1957. Något som också bekräftas i slutet av boken i och med diverse intervjuer och genomgång av material från denna tid. Sepetys är därtill en mästare på att skriva karaktärer som man som läsare verkligen faller för och känner med! Det här var en väldigt fint skriven bok med diverse olika mörka teman och svåra händelser som karaktärerna måste ta sig igenom. Definitivt en läsvärd bok även om det inte blev en ny Sepetys-favorit för mig!
