Det jag älskar med Riordans böcker är det faktum att dem handlar om olika gudar, i det här fallet grekiska gudar. Jag gillar alla huvudkaraktärerna Lester (Apollo), Meg, Leo och Calypso. Den här boken var spännande och händelsefull, samt kort och kort beroendeframkallande. Ville inte alls lägga ifrån mig boken när jag väl börjat läsa den. Det var dessutom lätt att ta sig in i berättelsen igen trots att jag hade ett väldigt långt uppehåll från dess att jag läste bok 1 tills dess jag började läsa den här boken.
